The Courses

Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot, Agricultural Pilot, Instrument Flight Certification, RVSM, English, Pressurization, seminars specific to different aviation areas like Turboprop Icing, instrument flight training in the last version of ELITE PI 135 flight simulator and for the first time in Uruguay the transition course to Glass Cockpit (Garmin G 1000).

Theoretical classes

The theoretical classes are mandatory. Although the majority of flight schools concentrate on practical courses, Punta del Este Flight School is interested in the professional development of the pilot as a whole, hence deeply committing to the training of each student. The material used for the courses is approved by DINACIA (local civil aviation authority).

Practical classes

Each course has a number of flight hours already stipulated which are necessary to fulfill its requirements.

Punta del Este Flight School operates out of the Carlos A. Curbelo international airport of Laguna del Sauce, Punta del Este, one of the most modern airports in Uruguay and the region.

Examinations / Tests

The certificates of the courses offered are delivered once the student has passed the corresponding tests.

The examinations are coordinated by the School in agreement with the DINACIA authorities.

Punta del Este Flight School aim to train excellent professionals within the times agreed.

To achieve this goal, the School management conducts periodical evaluations.

Requirements

Up-to-date licenses for advanced courses.
Up-to-date psychophysical test certificate.
